Home built custom 27.5″ tall delta based on the Griffin3D Pro (Kossel) design with premier parts throughout. I was switching out the Azteeg X5 Mini with a BeagleBone Black + Replicape revB (http://www.thing-printer.com/product/replicape) when I bought a Makerbot Replicator 2 from a friend. I do not need this delta anymore. I have used it to print with PLA, ABS, T-Glase, PET, Nylon, 3dWood, NinjaFlex, and HIPS.

Here are the parts I used:
2020 Openbuilds V-Slot aluminum frame
300mm borosilicate glass with a 200mm max height build volume
SeeMeCNC heated bed
Delrin mini V wheels with high quality ABEC3 105zz bearings
12V 30A power supply
Carbon fiber arms with heavy duty LOSI ball studs and ends
Modular Hot end set – E3D V6 (+ 2 nozzles) and Volcano (+ 4 nozzles)
SeeMeCNC EZStruder cold end which includes Hobb-Goblin stainless steel filament drive gear and quick connects to a PTFE bowden tube
Custom calibration module that fits on the E3D v6 that makes bed plate leveling an automated procedure on the Azteeg X5.

I will include the BeagleBone Black / Replicape as the controller board. The BBB comes with a 5″ touchscreen LCD.

If you would like the Azteeg X5 mini, I will throw it in for an additional $100. It will come with a ViKi v2 LCD screen (http://www.panucatt.com/product_p/vikilcd2.htm) and a well-tuned, working X5 configuration file.

I’ll also throw in a couple spare 100k thermistors. Both E3D hotends have thermistors preinstalled, but it’s always good to have a few spares around.

To save on shipping, I can take the vertical beams off and flat pack everything. You would only have to reset the tension on the belts after installation.
EXTRA – for an additional $200, I’ll throw in my turquoise Micro3D printer (http://printm3d.com/themicro/) that was in the Kickstarter’s first batch. It includes a custom flexible build plate from FLEKS3D and recently replaced hot end and fan.
