2004 FDM Titan 3D Printer (Fortus) - $FREE
We are downsizing our additive manufacturing lab. This Titan was printing up until a few months ago, when the material stopped extruding. We discovered this was due to weakening drive block motors in the material bays. According to Stratasys these are $4k/ea to replace. Though printer has served us well, we are going to be using smaller machines from now on.
We are moving to a new location sometime before 2021, and we need this printer, and all of the consumables associated with it, out of the building. If you are willing too pick up this machine, you will be given many canisters of ABS M30 + support, Ultem 1010 + support, a few other filaments, and a slew of extrusion tips and build sheets.
The FDM Titan is a precursor to the Fortus production machines. In my phone conversations with Stratasys techs, many Titan and Fortus parts are interchangeable.
